Harwood Hutton’s BACS-approved payroll bureau runs large and often complex payrolls on behalf of scores of businesses, some with hundreds of employees.

We can run weekly or monthly and we pride ourselves on a customised and flexible service.

We can submit payroll-related transactions through the BACS service on behalf of third parties securely, ensuring employees and HMRC are paid on time.

Unlike other bureaux, we do not require advance payment into our client account.

We can provide electronic payslips, which allow historic information, including the year-end returns and P60s, to be stored online for both employees and employers to access the review for up to seven years.

Auto Enrolment

Auto Enrolment is a legal requirement. Getting it wrong can lead to heavy fines, which will also hurt your company’s reputation.

Harwood Hutton can provide a full AE service, from assessing your workforce, calculating contributions to sending reports to your pension provider.

Gender Pay Gap Reporting

Any organisation that has 250 or more employees must publish and report specific figures about their gender pay gap – the difference between the average earnings of men and women.
