David Jones

David is responsible for a considerable client portfolio which includes, amongst others, clients in TV production and distribution, property development and construction, IT, manufacturing and retail. David has extensive commercial knowledge and experience and advises clients on a wide variety of  commercial and taxation issues. He has been particularly instrumental in obtaining finance for a number of his clients. In addition, he has worked with several start-ups, helping them to grow into multi-million pound companies and, subsequently,  playing a vital part in negotiating the sale of the businesses. David finds the diversity of work at Harwood Hutton both challenging and interesting.

David joined Harwood Hutton in 1997, having previously trained with a larger firm in London where he obtained invaluable, wide ranging experience. Over the next 3 years, he worked closely with many of the firm’s clients and, in 2000, he was appointed a partner.
