Oven Loving is run by husband-and-wife team Ian and Tina Duggan from Stoke Mandeville.
As its name suggests, Oven Loving is an oven cleaning business. It’s just Ian and Tina at the moment but the plan is to turn it into a national franchise. “We wanted to do something that could give us a quieter lifestyle, that wouldn’t cost us a lot to start and which could really grow if we got it right,” said Tina.
Following a steady start, the idea of franchising took hold and the plan now is for Oven Cleaning to set up two franchise points, one of which will be their own ‘pilot’ operation in Aylesbury.
“We would like to double the number of franchisees every year,” said Tina. They also plan to launch their own range of environmentally-friendly oven cleaning products and further refine their online automated booking system.
Tina was introduced to Harwood Hutton through her relationship with Buckinghamshire Business First.
