David Gillies
David Gillies is head of Private Client Services at Harwood Hutton. He is able to advise on all areas of personal tax planning particularly inheritance, income, remuneration and capital gains tax. He specialises in high net worth individuals, trusts, deceased estates and employment related securities. He also has expert knowledge of the complexities of residence and domicile issues.

Terry Porter
Terry trained with PKF and after qualifying worked for a number of years as an audit manager in their Leicester offices.
After moving to London he worked for a City practice dealing mainly with the affairs of small owner managed businesses. In 1997 he joined haysmacintyre where in addition to his work with small owner managed businesses he also had responsibility for the audits of pension schemes clients.

Margaret El Khalidi
Margaret became a trainee accountant, after completing her ACCA exams in 2002. She qualified with a two partner firm in London and became a member of ACCA in May 2004.
She joined Harwood Hutton in 2004 and has worked with a wide variety of the firm’s clients across various sectors including those in construction, motor trade and IT industries with clients varying from small sole traders to multinational groups of companies with turnovers in excess of £100m.
Margaret has progressed through the firm and is currently one of the firms managers and assists Richard Hutton with his portfolio.

Keir Singleton
After completing a Mathematics degree at Oxford University Keir took advantage of the dot com boom to pay off his student debts working as a computer programmer before joining the firm in 2002 as a Trainee Accountant. Keir progressed through the firm becoming a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales in 2005 and manager and assistant to Jon Cable in 2008.
Keir has experience across a broad range of clients ranging from sole traders to substantial companies including subsidiaries of European and US parent companies.

Gurpreet Pangali
Gurpreet trained and qualified with a small local firm before moving to Harwood Hutton in 2001. He bacame a member of the ACCA in 2001 and a fellow in 2006.
Gurpreet has progresses through the firm and is currently one of the firm's managers and assistant to John Brace.
Gurpreet has extensive experience of dealing with all types and sizes of businesses ranging from sole traders to limited companies trading across various sectors.

Lee Needle
Lee began his accountancy career in 2000, joining a small firm in Oxfordshire as a trainee, where he progressed through the company ranks and became a member of the ACCA, qualifying in 2004. Lee gained considerable experience working on a wide range of clients of different sizes and in various sectors, most of which being owner-managed companies.
In 2005, Lee relocated to Spain and worked for a UK top 10 firm based in Gibraltar, specialising in the audit of financial service companies with turnovers ranging from £5 million to £450 million. During this time, Lee spent a considerable amount of time auditing clients systems and controls, adding value where possible.
On returning to the UK, Lee joined Harwood Hutton in late 2008 and began assisting Peter Agius with his portfolio of clients in early 2009.
